Benedictions to hold Maxxis dealer convention, awards night

Benedictions (Pvt.) Ltd, a subsidiary of Tyre House Group, which is the sole agent for Maxxis tyres, organises the eighth annual dealer convention ‘Maxxis T-3 Project 2015 Awards Night’ with 300 dealers on February 27, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at The Kingsbury Hotel Colombo, under the patronage of Maxxis International President Dr. Wally Y.H. Chen as the chief guest of the ceremony.

Maxxis International – a Taiwan company, was founded in 1967 to produce bicycle tyres. In 1982, a technical cooperation contract was signed with Toyo Rubber Industries Co, Japan to build a modern radial tyre plant to produce radial tyres.

At the moment, Maxxis International exports tyres produced by eight plants in Taiwan, Thailand, China and Vietnam to more than 180 countries. Its world revenue was US $ 4,768 million in 2013 with a growth rate of 963 percent. 

Compared to the other importers, Maxxis has been the No.1 imported tyre in Sri Lanka since 2013.
Maxxis tyre is No. 9 in the world having ISO 9001, 14001, QS 9000, TS 16949, DOT from USA, E - Certificate, Ford Q1 Award and General Motors Quality Excellence Award.
