CCC CEO Dhara Wijayatilake and Tajikistan’s Economic Development and Trade Minister Nematullo Hikmatullozoda exchanging copies of the MoU
With a view to further promote bilateral trade and commercial activities, the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) this week signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during the ‘Sri Lanka – Tajikistan Business Forum’ held at the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
In signing the MoU, both parties agreed that coordinated efforts be made to promote business opportunities, joint ventures, initiate partnerships and arrange visits of
business delegations.
CCC CEO Dhara Wijayatilake and Tajikistan’s Economic Development and Trade Minister Nematullo Hikmatullozoda signed the MoU on behalf of the respective parties.
Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon, Industry and Commerce Minister Rishad Bathiudeen and Foreign Affairs Deputy Minister Dr. Harsha de Silva were present during the ceremony.
CCC has already signed 127 Memoranda of Understanding to expand and further strengthen strong relationships with overseas trade promotion organizations for the benefit of business community in Sri Lanka.
