deepest sympathies,and it's good to talk about safety and facilities.but one thing should be remembered by everybody that the sea is not a place to bathe anywhere and anytime of the year.this kind of tragedies mostly happen due to ignorance.not just only due to lack of safety and facilities.

Saw him been washed away... everyone tried their best to save.. sea was too rough sky was dark,, Felt really sad on this tragedy
