Rather than going for electoral system which reduce the cost for richest better apply the principles of equality to the candidates1. Paid TV/Radio/News Paper/Social media campaigns should be banned2. Poster campaigns / meetings and donations should be also banned during the election period3. A platform to know about the preferential numbers of candidates, their manifestos and their thoughts should be established through the elections department website and government gazette3. Manifestos (individual/Party) should be standardized (equal pages / page formatting / number of photos in the manifestos should be restricted4. Equal time for TV discussions to share their views should be given to each and every candidates5. Equal opportunity for wealthy and wise persons 6. A person who was twice elected to the parliament shall not be allowed to contest again

I believe the new Constitution should incorporate the following provisions: (1) No defeated candidates should be nominated from the National List by any political party as a rule, and the National List should be restricted to those who would not otherwise get an opportunity for Parliamentary representation as well as academics, professionals and other dignified sections who dislike getting involved in the cut-throat business of party politics. (2) No monks or priests from any religious denomination should be allowed to become MPs (3) A certain percentage of seats in the parliament should be reserved for women (4) No MP should be allowed to cross over to another political party after winning the election from one party and those who wish to do so, should resign from their seats and re-contest (5) A certain level of educational qualifications should be specified for the would-be "law-makers"
