Dear Lara,
Multi cultural has nothing to do with arrogance and rudeness. Don't mix up things. Take these visitors positive comments in the correct spirit. At a time when every nation is bad mouthing SL, atleast there is one foreigner who has something good to say about SL. Do not look at it as a comment from a Tamil.
The airport experience would be the same even if it were a Singapore Chinese.

I totally agree with Tamil WPCs attitude at the airport and had very bad experience with them in the past. However, the continues multi ethnicity is well balanced by the look of it.
