UPFA finalises National list

The UPFA today finalised the party’s National List and sent it to the Elections Commissioner.

S.B. Dissanayake, Thilanga Sumathipala, Mahinda Samarasinghe, Lakshman Yapa Abeywardane and Vijith Vijayamuni Zoysa had made it to parliament through the list.

Sarath Amunugama, Malith Jayathilake, Dilan Perera, Angajan Ramanathan, Faizer Musthapa, A.H.M. Fowzie and M.L.A.M. Hizbullah were the rest of the National List MPs of the UPFA.

this is a shame decision. if they thought that they would loose, they could have been in the national list. like Mr. Dilan Perera did. every one who vote for UPLF, lost their faith. not only voters for UPLF but all voters should raise their voice for this decision in appointing defeaters. the constitution should amend to prevent this type of appointments. how part appoint MPs defeat at the people votes though national list. Pro. Wijesinghe and rest of list of other members should raise their voice.
