A new development is being observed in a regular derailment on the up country lines, something fishy here.

Trains to upcountry is running at very slow, even though once in a week trains derails. Is it a sabotage to gain some advantage or the railway dept. became inefficient to run smooth service to upcountry. Need to investigate.
