If only our police would go after the murderers and rapists with the same vigour they employ to catch the prostitutes, this will be a better place.

These are the less fortunates from the villages. They are compelled to seek the "Benevolence" of the brothel keepers to keep theirs and their dependants' souls and bodies together. Something needs to be done to prevent Sri Lanka becoming another Thailand or Cambodia.
