Two killed, five injured in accident

Two people were killed and five injured when a three wheeler collided with a jeep at the Ohalpola Junction in Narammala on the Narammala- Kuliyapitiya Road yesterday, the Police said.

The injured were admitted to the Kuliyapitiya hospital. The deceased, aged 90 and 50, were residents of Kirindana and Anukkane.

The driver of the jeep had been arrested and would be produced before Kuliyapitiya Magistrate today, the Police said.(DS)

I am disagree with Anton because think how many times this same road given us death it's road safety and the safety less vehicle on the road these two are the major issue for these sort of death
