An armed gang was involved in the attack which caused extensive damage to the building. According to an employee of the network the armed gang had forced the employees to kneel down and later assaulted two of them.

This is not the first attack on media incident and it definitely wont be the last. True is the saying "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

This is bad. Yes, considering the fact that everything was looking so good for Sri Lanka after the war. Regardless of what a bunch of thugs think they can do, Voice of asia will always be the voice of truth and democracy. The voice that Sri Lanka needs.

This is insane and ridiculous that a bunch of thugs can get away with doing this. I only hope that all the affected radio stations get back on air live and and fight back.
