Honestly, its not the fault of India and no donkey can blame India for such incident. Only the irresponsible, donkeys in our Railway Department and the Transport Minister to be blamed.

Definitely, this is the fault of our Railway Authorities in that area, neglecting their duties. Every single employee of that area responsible for not carrying out their duties. Over to you Transport Minister.
