T.B. Ekanayake grilled by FCID

Former Cultural Affairs Minister T.B. Ekanayake was today grilled by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) for four hours in connection with irregularities in the Central Cultural Fund, Police said.

The former minister was summoned to the FCID at 9.30 a.m. and left the FCID office at 1.30 p.m. (Sanath Desmond)
