Gayan- You havent a clue, do you? You are just airing you ignorance. SIDA or Swedish International Development Agency has been helping Sri Lanka for the past 50+ years. After the tsunami they contributed a sum of SKr 156 Million (US$ 24 Million) to build houses and infrastructure. Sweden has provided support for a number of projects, improved the infrastructure and developed the private sector in the conflict-worn eastern and northern parts of the country.
There has also been cooperation between the Sweden’s central bank, the Riksbank, and Sri Lanka’s central bank, where we have been involved as financiers.

Looking for ways and means to help the depleted LTTE? like Norway who helped and trained the sea tigers? If he lands here charge him for aiding and abetting a terrorist outfit....even better to deport on arrival...

Sri lanka benefited from that country, not the other way about, one of the key Mahawali reservoirs is an outright gift from Sweden!
