Four suspects out of the 29 arrested by the Narahenpita police who were produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court for allegedly obstructing buses that plied in Narahenpitiya route to various destinations were remanded till tomorrow.

The Narahenpitiya Police produced the 29 suspects before the Colombo Additional Magistrate Mahie Wijeweera and complained that the suspects who had gone on strike today had obstructed the buses that plied in the Narahenpitiya route to various destination behaving in a disorderly manner and had attempted to obstruct the running of the buses.
