Teen kills teen over bottle

A 16 year old student in Anamaduwa died after sustaining head injuries from striking his head on a tube-well after he was assaulted by a classmate. The fight between the two had reportedly started over a water bottle.

 

The suspect, a classmate of the victim had assaulted and strangled him, after which he sustained a head injury from striking his head on a tube well during the fight. The 16 year old succumbed to his head injuries while being taken to the Anamaduwa hospital. The suspect is still at large and wanted by the police for questioning.

    Clearly an accident, the fight just got out of control. Unless investigation proves otherwise lets not ruin another childs life by this incident, one has already ended.
