If the court disallows the pictorial warnings, then get the company to build a massive hospital to look after those who are affected by smoking.

It's common practice in developed countries to show dying cancer patients and their lungs etc. in cigarette packets. Daily MIrror should do an article on how cigarette packs are in developed countries.
