Spies arrested

The police have arrested two youth who were reportedly spying on President Mahinda Rajapaksa and obtained information on his movements in Badulla over the weekend.

According to police sources the two youth are residents of Muttur and were arrested near a Buddhist temple in Badulla.

The two suspects were to be handed over to the Terrorist Investigations Division in Colombo for further investigations. (Daily Mirror online)
