Three sluice gates of the Laxapana Reservoir have been opened up to 6 inches today due to rising water levels of the reservoir. The water levels have increased owing to the heavy rainfall experienced in the area, the police said
Residents downstream are advised to be cautious of the rising water levels. (GS)
