Please tell us why we are to train Ugandan armed forces in self defence and get involved in that poor countries military set up? We a poor 3rd world country living on borrowed money, in debt to the hilt,. Where many of our people are suffering from malnutrition, unemployed, and suffering from poor health playing international aid giver when we cant even help ourselves.
