Six injured in grenade explosion

Six individuals were injured last evening in a grenade explosion near the Siththaparanthan Stream in Maniyamadu, Puliyankulam. They had been attempting to inspect the grenade when it exploded.

The injured have been admitted to the Vavuniya Hospital for treatment.
