They will punish the parents of the child for disturbing the doctor from watching TV and not the doctor. That's how our law is put into action today. Today we have LAV (Lost all Values) and not Law.

dear kishani, any child born in sri lanka has the opportunity to become a doctor, even a specialist through free education. its just that a lot of students don't make use of this, and the money the government spends on these students is wasted. please dont talk as if you personally paid for the doctors education, and dont be jealous of those who gain from the opportunity of free education.
