Sajin files FR case in SC

UPFA MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardane today filed a fundamental rights petition in the Supreme Court seeking an order directing the Colombo Fort Magistrate to release him from remand custody.

He was remanded on charges of having misused vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat.  (LS)
