SF is the only one acceptable to all communities. He is a natural leader.Country needs you now sir!

He is not fit to be a president and he never will. For the sake of Sri Lanka, I just wish he never does. His party is laden with corruption and he runs it like his home account. There is no accountability on spending and every expense that he and his family incur personally is on the party. Do you really think he is capable of running a country? No! At the best, he can run a home business.

Good luck Gen. Almost all the governments in SL since independence were coalitions. So there is nothing wrong in choosing a common candidate with support of all parties. Good and matured political thinking.

General Sir, before you aim for positions at national level you must have a political/home base or a beachhead so to say to operate from. Rajapakses have the South, Premadasa Colombo Central and it's environs, Bandaranayakes Attanagalle, RW Bingiriya etc. You have failed to win Ambalangoda your birth place and Piliyandala where you are domiciled during the Presidential Election, Parliamentary elections and now PC elections. via DM iPad app

OUR HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS !!! GENERAL SF.
PEOPLE ARE BEHIND YOU FOR YOUR DIECIPLINED LEADERSHIP AND FOR THE TASK YOU HAVE UNDERTAKEN TO CLEAN THE SRI LANKA POLITICAL ARENA OF CORRUPTION.
THIS IS THE BEGINING OF THE END OF A ERA FULL OF CORRUPTION< FAMILY BANDIASM, LUNATIC RAPISTS, ARROGANT IDIOTS AND SELLERS OF A NOBLE RELIGION ( BUDIHISM ).

It is no doubt an outstanding victory for SF's party. This only because he had little financial support, un-imaginable obstacles thrown at every turn, the least publicity in terms of TV and press coverage.hardly any posters and buntings. On the other hand the Govt party had everything and yet with all the google of having this that and the other they lost twelve seats. The people and seeing throgh the curtain of bluff. This means that not only the people of the country but the whole intl community would come to realise that a change is taking place in the country.

In fact majority voters of Sri Lanka is not ready to change MR for near foreseeable future. UPFA low votes on provincial elections is directed towards corrupt provincial politicians. It would be different during presidential elections. Majority still regards MR as leaders who redeemed country from clutches of terrorism. No one is close enough to challenge him yet. That is the bitter truth.[/quote]
