United National Party (UNP) National Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe said he had complained to the Police Chief today with regard to a fraudulent document on which his signature and that of common opposition candidate Maithripala Sirisena had been forged.

Police is ruled by the present govt and they will drag their investigation until the Presidential election ( expecting MR to win) and when it is over on 8th, the case will be thrown aside. One wonders why the IGP is silent on this matter. Should MS emerge as a surprise winner, it would be better to clean up the whole of Police force and other two forces
