If private sector is given a holiday, who will work (because actual working force is in private sector). Government knows most of the government servants are not working even on working days, So giving them a holiday, will not affect the country much or economy comparing to giving a national holiday.

Last year it was May18, this year Jnue18 and next year will it be on July18, if so can include in 2011 calender as public holiday.
