Yeah! The whole country witness the cctv footage.in this case both bus drivers are helpless.one idiots mistake cost so many lives.

Our laws need reviewing. Load of rubbish. Arresting innocent bus drivers in this instance.

    Ram Saturday, 12 September 2015 04:34 PM

There are Traffic Rules that we all have to follow regardless of wealth, power, position etc.

    Chandra Saturday, 12 September 2015 04:42 PM

It is not bus drivers fault. It is really a Defener driver who violate road rule by overtaking a bus where line mark not to overtake. Why bus drivers licence surrendered Bcoz defender is in police department via DM Android App

Romeo unfortunately the defender driver is dead and gone, definitely he should be gone in for driving like an idiot.

The PSD defender was trying to overtake at a bend in high speed. Why blame the bus driver?

The civil societies for good governance should also take up matters like this with the authorities!

I think its high time that these security teams are controlled. Just because they have the backing of their henchmen, they think they can do and get away with anything. The bus drivers, for once, are not at fault. They should not have been arrested, remanded, taken to court and fined for an accident they couldnt do antthing about.

"DEFENDERS ARE ABOVE THE LAW !

We should build more 4 lean roads by separating two sides. if not two lane once should redistricted speed Developing road should not stop at any cost. Also we should control three wheel and motor bicycle with more rules

    mohamedrafeekulla@gmail.com Sunday, 13 September 2015 04:37 PM

There should be left turn sign the defender would have thought it is a straight road even though there is a double line shown not overtake

Roger Halliday Sunday, 13 September 2015 05:51 PM

No excuse is good enough. We all know how these guys in the so called VIP group disregard the traffic laws. The Traffic police ought to discipline their officers. Because of one of these others have lost . I believe CCTV footage has to be used and those who are found guilty should have their license cancelled. in this case the bus drivers are not guilty
