PS transport director barred from leaving country

Colombo Fort Magistrate today directed the Controller of Immigration and Emigration to prevent the Presidential Secretariat Transport Director Keerthi Samarasinghe from leaving the country because he was still to account for 246 presidential secretariat vehicles which had gone missing.     Does the said transport director had officially accepted 246 vehicles and they are in his inventory? Looks there are loop-holes in the system.

    GL will say that we were discussing about curfew, so that He requested to move the vehicles to the yard, as it cannot run during curfew.
