The Rs.60 due to General Fonseka is delayed due to the Administrative and Financial regulations the prisons dpt has to follow when making such payments. Therefore the dpt will make arrangements to settle it during his next visit to the prison.

This is also consider as a wonder of Asia happening in Sri Lanka today. It is a shame to the government's inability to pay Rs. 60.00 to former Army Commander, Hon.Sarath Fonseka. This type acts bring disrepute to the government. If this is happening to Hon. Sarath Fonseka, just imagine the state of other prisoners. It is really shameful and shows how irresponsible and disorganized the government is. This also consider as corruption.
