President unveils election manifesto

President Mahinda Rajapakse unveiled his election manifesto Idiri Dekma; the second edition to the Mahinda Chinthanaya, in the presence of several government Ministers at the BMICH a short while ago.

Speaking at the launch the President promised that provicial council polls would be held in the North soon in order to establish democracy islandwide.

    Can anyone estimate the cost of human lives (all sinhalese, tamils and muslims) that has been saved by the president by eliminating terrorism on 18 May 2009. Therefore whole nation is indebted for the president.
