Police suspect family dispute led to killings

Police suspect that a family dispute had led to five members being attacked, in which a 50-year-old woman her 27-year-old daughter and 19-year-old son were killed while a 25-year-old daughter and her husband were injured.

The police alleged that the killing had occurred at a house at Achchuveli in Jaffna was carried out by the husband of the 27-year-old daughter.

The man suspected of having carried out the killing has been arrested by the Achchuveli Police.
