Video: PM calls for probe on microphone failure

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday called for a probe on the sudden failure of the microphone when he was speaking in Parliament.

The phone suddenly went off when he was answering an oral question raised by MP Dallas Alahappruma.

Mr. Wickremesinghe told Parliament Secretary General Dhammika Dassanayake to probe the matter and submit a report to him. (Yohan Perera)
