This Mannar basin is given to 10 or more parties now. How is that possible ? Yes it's speculation to accumulate more foreign investments , but the world Oil giants know what SL has and whats not.

We have great bahu bootha technologies in Sri Lanka, from Kapu Hamu, Bali Kapanno and Kattadi Rala and so on .. Cant we use any of our local technology that is century old to identify where is the correct location of oil deposits in Sri Lanka.
This should be tois wade ney for our local boys.
Seriously why no body thought about using our local genius Mantara Karayas, Bad come to worse we can import experts from Kerala for a second opinion :)
After all even the top dog in Sri Lanka believe in all these bahu bootha technologies right ?
