Every day hordes of men with spray equipment proceed from the Urban Councils to spray insecticide to avoid dengu. Unless the land owner offers them a bribe of a hundred rupees they do not spray and even then they spray more water than insecticide.
In the old days when malaria was brought under control, the system was for a group of sprayers with a supervisor to spray homes and gardens. We have to get back to that supervised system if dengu is to be controlled.

Indika, unfortunately that’s all what we get to see under this regime after wiping out LTTE. For how long you want to fool us mentioning the war victory?
