On the same day the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said its review of its actions and inactions in Sri Lanka will be finished in the second quarter of 2013, it also claimed that it had no power over, and could not stop, General Shavendra Silva of the Sri Lanka Army, depicted in Ban's report on Sri Lanka as engaged in war crimes, from "inspecting" UN peacekeepers in Lebanon, the Inner City Press reported.

It is a commendable recognition for General Silva. He did a professional duty as a commander in the war against terrorist and it is worth exercise to use his experience in other countries.
Btw if Moon needs any assistance to create problems from nothing .

Admitting that the UN has no power by Ban ki moon shows that they have made many blunders including the support of a terrorist group the ltte. Now to rectify this they have to do the right thing for Sri Lanka and bring all ltte terrorist for war crimes charges. Due digilence and rule of law applies. General Silva should be commended by UN. The ltte, diaspora, transnational group etc must be listed as a terrorist group and should be banned. And all members should arrested, because their objective is terrorism.
