Law should be the same for everyone. If you and I steal something worth a few thousand rupees from the state we will definitely be arrested. Also if we fail to pay taxes on money that WE ourselves earned we will be penalized. We expect the yahapalanaya government to apply the law on all Sri Lankansd the same way.

Patriot Saturday, 14 March 2015 05:02 PM
How can anyone even think of arresting a patriot who helped to liberate the country, for no reason at all. If there is a valid reason, then let us know.In the case of Fonseka, he was engaged in politics as well as threatening to divulge sensitive information to USA etc. whilst still serving in the Army. That was treason?
Ajith Gunapala Saturday, 14 March 2015 06:08 PM

Did PM Modi decide on that? and asked Rajitha to announce the decision ?Ashamed of our "Leaders"
sabaratnam Saturday, 14 March 2015 09:14 AM
This is a MP who is attending important meetings late. Even bad is he is telling about the meeting where he was only partly present. Obviously there is something wrong. May be well looked after..........
