Make use of them. There is talent.
Replace all lethargic old corroded officers with these talents.
They wont do such things of they are employed with handsome salary.

We can replace identity card system, if given free/subsidized mobile phone to each and everyone of 13+ years of age, the chip in the phone will identify the person well than the damn old identity card, mere 'paper' evidence! SIMs show the very location where he stays at the moment!
Subscriber Identity Mechanism (SIM) only let the police to catch many a criminals, now the phone identity system also there to prevent theft!

    marusira Sunday, 09 January 2011 11:29 AM

    Thomas Sunday, 09 January 2011 03:22 PM

He could be employed at the Registration of Persons to clear ALL BAKLOG

    Fair N Square Sunday, 09 January 2011 05:39 PM

If he can do that in 15 mins with equipment not used by the state, imagine how quick he can do with sophisticated equipment. Do not waste the talent by sending him to jail and then teach him carpentry. Fine him big and then employ him with a good salary. He will get rid of the backlog in months and a smooth flow will be possible. MOST Govt departments need to send the aging staff away with a " Golden Handshake" so that productivity takes place in all govt departments. Sl's future will be brighter.............Miracle of Asia....
