NO SELF LOVING PERSON WILL GIVE EVIDENCE IN SRI LANKA IF HE GIVES EVIDENCE THAT IS THE END OF HIM. ONLY FORENSIC EVIDENCE WILL BE USEFUL,
PREVENTION IS THE ONLY LAW OR REMEDY AVAILABLE NOW IN SRI LANKA, ONCE COMMITTED NO EVIDENCE,NO WITNESS NO ACCUSED. IN THE LONG PAST VILLAGE LEADERS OR COMMUNITY LEADERS, WERE NOBLE AND RESPECTED. NOW MONEY POWER IS THE LEADER EVERYWHERE, YOU CANNOT RECREATE THE PAST, BUT RELIGIOUS LEADERS HAVE A HIGHER ROLE IN MOULDING THE SOCIETY.
