More rain, winds to decrease

The Department of Meteorology says the prevailing weather conditions will continue over the next few days but the strong wind experienced over the past few days is expected to gradually decrease.

According to the Department of Meteorology winds will be 30-40 km/hr in the sea areas and it may increase up to 50-60 km/hr later today. The sea area around the island will be rough at times.

    our people too need to be more educated and stop littering on the roads which will eventually clog drainage. Municipal inspectors and Fines for littering need to be introduced.
