Hope he has a more refined talk... not like in the run up to the elections.. Covering so many countries in so little time??? What policies is he talking about.. his personal or did the govt. have time to even decide what their foreign policy is?? Or took the chance for a one time globe trotting at state expense!

Mangala is running around the world to rectify big foreign relations mockery made by previous govt. First to India to build the damaged relationships with our neighbour, then to EU to solve the fish export issue and take up GSP which is one of the largest export market and now to US to rebuild that relations too again one of our largest export markets. I bet visits to UK, Ausi and Japan would be on the cards too. Also remember he is not taking a plane load of team for these visits.
