Maldivian arrested at BIA

A Maldivian national was arrested by police officials at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) airport in Katunayake last evening for overstaying his visa and violating immigration laws, police said.

The suspect is to be produced before the Negombo Magistrate today.
