Counsel for Malaka Silva, Jayantha Weerasekara filing a motion before the Fort magistrates court a short while ago said that the purpose of Malaka Silvas visit to the United States was not higher education.

The counsel said that the lawyers had mistakenly informed court during the last hearing that the purpose of the tour was education. The counsel informed court that the purpose of the tour was in fact a holiday.

The court granted approval for Silva to leave the country on October 10 to November 20, after the lawyers had earlier requested for October 5 to the November 7. (Lakmal Sooriyagoda)

99.9 % of children are born as a perfect human beings unless disabled or mentally retarded. These innocent children would become burden and harmful to the society they live mainly due the faults of parents. However the children who have good brain or thinking power can definitely understand the wrong doings of the parents and correct themselves and become perfect. However very few are very unfortunate, with the combine of bad parental guidance and bad Karma they have done.

2. How did USA grant visa to a person having pending criminal investigation several times.
3. Is the US intelligence service is so weak or are they just turning a blind eye?
4. If they are turning a blind eye (maybe for money) then all sorts of criminals/terrorists can enter USA. Maybe this is what happened in 9/11 and can happen in the future.
