In Sri Lanka For Annual registration all heavey vehicles must pass Fitness and Emmission test. Adding a bit(Rs 500) to Inspection charge you can get through. Also even you get caught in traffic offence, you can bargain with cops. This is our culture. Everyone is happy( Testing station , cops, and vehicle owner ) Whocares of othe innocent victims? This is Sri Lanka

Khalid, try to learn basis thing of belief to whom you are belongs to? and who created you?...U just didn’t come out from your mother's stomach..." Every creation has Re-creation. by GOD.". Even if a bad or good things are happening, its a God's creation. I don’t need to explain more the person who doesn’t know the fundamental "belief".. Better you learn God's sentences in his book entirely before you talk to some one like this. Its a simple logic and even a child can comment better than you. Hope now might have understood better.

Why can't we have regular checks on vehicles? All the vehicles pass emission tests easily. Corruption at its best!
