Indian Citizen Tuesday, 25 January 2011 05:47 AM
Our government is taking this issue very seriously and would have a thought investigation and bring the culprits!I feel this is the work of miscreants who wants to harm the good relationship we have with your country!

Are the Police making inquiries? Have the incident been reported. Surly this type of attack on a religious establishment and priests should not happen in a country such as India. After all India gave the world Buddhism. India is a secular country where every religion could exist in peace. There must be more to this than meets the eye. What our government says may be quite correct.

Those who unleash violence on religious places will reap the results with interest; one clear example is LTTE.

If you wish these kind of incidents should not occur in future, "stop attacking their fishermen"
Karuna Amman Tuesday, 25 January 2011 04:58 AM
We regret that Lord Buddha was not born in Sri Lanka. But we preserve the Great Doctrine that Lord Buddha taught. But I don't think Indians are respecting or preserving Buddhism.. Nor they are bound to do so. Typical Indian thinking. Just like a Maruti car.. :)
