Dewasiri was a key campaigner in Yahapalana stage. Now he wants to force his VC out of office, does he? If Yahapalanaya to be sustained, surely the way forward would be to take the matter with either the courts or the subject Minister, not thuggery

It seems that other than thugs, there is no legal means to remove a VC in this country.

Academics should be role models for students but now there is no difference between student thugs and them. These people should be removed and charged
