Adam Khan, British, partner, testified that along with the company's driver, he headed to Mashreq bank at Al Riqqa area on May 3.

“We stayed in the bank  for only 10 minutes and the driver was waiting in the parking lot. When we went out… we did not see the driver in the car, which was left open with the key inside. We called him several times but the mobile was switched off. My friend drove the car and we moved to the City Centre in Deira.

Upon reaching there, my friend expressed his astonishment on how the driver could have left the car open while there were Dh950,000 in it. Upon searching the bag, we found it empty. We tried to reach the driver via one of his friends but we failed. Hence, we called the police,” he testified.
ATT, was later arrested by the police.. He confessed his crime.
