Whatever the comments made , Dr Mervyn De Silva is very loyal to the party.He has done lot to Kelaniya.I fullly appriciate the comments made by Minister Basil Rajapaksa. He may be outspoken person and these pradeshiya saba guys are no good. i hope and prey Dr Mervyn will continue to be the organizer for kelaniya.
