JVP'ers arrested

Two members of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) have been arrested in Jaffna for sticking up posters against the government, the Jaffna police told Daily Mirror online. The JVP also confirmed that two of its members were arrested in Jaffna.

The JVP posters urged people to ‘join forces’ and protest against the new constitutional reforms. (KA)
