he is talking about , 1million, 3 million rupees donated by some people, Tilvin don't u have a brain to think that this is petty cash for a government compered to what they are doing to affected people. You may be thinking 3 million is a big amount when u guys were robbing banks in 1987. But for disaster recovery this is negligible, this money is not enough even to lift the aircraft for rescue operations.

As in the past part of the aid material would have been turned to cash by those in authority. You could spot them in their new cars and/or bungalows they are building.
