Is there an attempt to keep Kathriaratchi in custody to silence him, challenging the election's results? Who and what can we trust and/or believe??

The beginning was when the Govt ignored the Supreme Court order to bring back PB Jayasundara - and the Court itself caved in.

This is the order of the day when no one respects the Courts - see the IGP and Army Commander ignores them - because of patronage.

It's the politicians...they are the ones who control the underworld criminals. This is not a new practice....started during Sirima's time.

    suwimal Monday, 26 July 2010 08:58 AM

Just see the logic behind all this! If the jury receives death threats dismiss the jury and appoint a jury that does not get such threats. What does that mean? You need not think far. If judge gets threats make him stand down and appoint one who will not get threats. Very logical, isn't it?

I can not understand why our legal process take such a long time. Lawyers are having a good time while poor people suffer. Not only this, even small cases takes years. someone should able to speed up the entire legal process.
