In other countries the head of the state cannot order to free the suspects under custody. It is the area under the arm of judiciary. For example American President cannot even think of ordering a suspect under police custody. What is going on in this part of world ?? have all the people lost their head or what ??

Stop spreading ethnic hatred.You must be aware about the fact that you just can not call or designate any one as "criminal" unless she or he proven guilty by the court of law .So far no charge sheet has been made against these students .It shows that government even find difficult to book them under any session.
